• The Renter accepted delivery of the car after ensuring that it is in good condition in all respects. He/She is obliged to return it in the same condition it was delivered, with all its tools, wheels and accessories, at the place agreed and specified in writing on the first page of this agreement. If the Renter fails to return the car to the specific place and to an employ of the Company, it will be assumed that he/she has abandoned the car with all legal consequences in the case of damage or money owed to the Company.
• Prices include: Maintenance, oil, lubrication, Roadmaps, Unlimited mileage.
• Vehicle Delivery and Collection: Deliveries or collections of the vehicles are made in agreement with the office.
• For renting a bike a valid European (for EU countries) or International Driving License (for all countries that don’t belong to EU) is required.
• License driver ability: International or national, which has been issued at least one year before rental start.
• Fines for violations of traffic regulations: The renter is liable for any violation of traffic regulations during the rental period.
• Car cabin: In case the vehicle is returned and its cabin has stains that require a special cleaning procedure ( such as animal hair, sand etc on car seats or car floor or port baggage etc.), the renter is charged with an extra fee of 40€.
• Fuel: The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same quantity of fuel as on delivery. In case of returning with less fuel, the renter oughts to pay the fuel difference. No refunds are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when collected.
• Earlier vehicle return: If the vehicle returns earlier than the date mentioned in the contract, there will be no refund.
• Cancellation: In case of customer cancellation one month before arrival, 100% of amount already paid will be refunded; up to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% and less than 2 weeks before arrival there will be no refund.
